After exporting a map into Blitz3D via the .b3d export option in Quill3D I cannot seem to get the entityblend, and entityalpha commands to work on it. Is it not possible to overide the settings that have been saved in the .b3d file from Quill as I assume that it sets these on export from the program and these are whats being used (For example entityfx for fullbright mode as the map already contains light and shade.)

Not sure if its relevant but I notice that .b3d's exported by Quill3d do not have a 'ROOT' node - the first NODE is normally called 'StaticScene'. Maybe all entities are children ??
Try using the b3d2xml code in the archives. You can then read the file to see how its been saved - edit the info and convert back to .b3d.
