| Not much to say. It used to be a commercial software used by animation studios; claims that it will be released open-source on March 26 specifically so that independent artists can use it at no cost.|

I've tested it, it seems fine.
The only documentation is in Japanese, but you can get the documentation for the other versions of TOONZ -- the interface and modules may be different, but the functionality is practically the same.
